"Are some human lives worth more than others" is a question that many people ask, seemingly to judge if the answer has the right moral tinge.

The "correct" answer is "No", of course all human lives have the same worth.

But beneath this is the very simple fact - that you explored well - that while we might idealize the idea that humans have equality, they are in fact, very much not equal.

Whether humans should be equal is a question of morality. That humans are not equal is a self-evident fact.

When we will spend a million dollars to save one life, but not even 100 to save another, we have clear evidence that some human lives are worth more than others.

It's time we admitted it.
